Managing Director

I've been involved in the business for over 5 years now. It’s given me many opportunities and the freedom that not many jobs can provide. What i found great is how quickly you can progress if your willing to work hard. Since starting starting Zen Marketing Australia in July 2009, I've also in November opened up an office in New Zealand. The plan next year is to open up another office internationally so that i can enjoy living in another country and experiencing a different culture. For me, the travel aspect of the business has always been what I'm most passionate about.

I've travelled everywhere in Australia from beautiful Melbourne to Tropical Cairns to remote towns in Northern WA. The Money I was able to earn also allowed me to take time off from work and travel to all parts of the world. My favourite trips include adventures to India to see Tigers in the wild and exploring ancient Roman ruins in Italy. I've been able to travel to over 40 countries in the space of 3 years which has been an incredible experience. I hope to travel to Canada and South America in the next couple of years.

That freedom within the business to travel and meet many amazing people from different parts of the planet has enabled me to live a life I truly enjoy and feel challenged by every day.

There are a lot of attractive qualities about the business. But to single one out as a key motive is difficult. The way we live is unique, that's for sure. We travel from town to town, meeting new people, joining new members, making new friends. We raise money for some amazing causes, and we earn good wages. The lifestyle becomes addictive after a while.

Through my time with Zen I've managed to do quite a bit both within Australia and overseas. There's been numerous road trips to Tassie and Canberra as well as trips to Western Australia, the Northern Territory and down the east coast. By working hard in key venues I've saved quite a bit and travelled overseas at every opportunity. But the thing that keeps me coming back to work is the lifestyle. It's a thrill inspiring people and signing them up. It becomes a game and a great challenge each day.

I grew tired of the workforce at a young age and eagerly awaited retirement... until I stumbled across a marketing job in 2006. It astounded me just how many opportunities there were to travel, earn fantastic money, progress, and to make some of the best friends imaginable – all for a good cause! The incentives are endless!

I think the best part about the role is the flexibility. I’ve found this has given me a higher quality of life, as I’m able to plan my work schedule around my life (and not the other way around).

I’ve been with Zen Marketing for a year now, and within this time I’ve travelled all over Australia, as well as New Zealand. Along with this, we’ll be headed to China shortly to observe some of our clients at work – and plan to set up a third office (abroad) within the next 12 months.
This is truly rewarding work, and will provide you with the adventure of a life time.
